Multnomah Falls

Heute war der Tag der Wasserfälle. Am Multnomah Falls gab es insgesamt drei davon, die wir besichtigen konnten. Es fing an mit den Wahkeena Falls, die nett anzusehen waren.

Today was the day of waterfalls. At Multnomah Falls there were a total of three of them we could visit. It started with the Wahkeena Falls, which were nice to look at.

Auf dem Waldweg Richtung Multnomah Falls kamen wir dann unerwartet an einem Wasserfall vorbei, der so klein war, dass er keinen eigenen Namen hatte.

On the forest road in the direction of Multnomah Falls, we passed a waterfall that was so small that he had no name of his own.

Dann wurde der Weg immer schmaler und hier merkte man schon, dass sich der Urwald wieder zurück entwickeln wollte.

Then the path became narrower and here one could already see that the jungle wanted to develop again.

Am Ziel angelangt galt es noch den Bewacher zu umgehen, bevor wir endlich am Wasserfall ankamen.

At the end, the guards had to get around before we finally arrived at the waterfall.

Auf halber Höhe gibt es eine Brücke. Von dort sieht es dann so aus.
